mayonnaise goodness

just recently i shared my mayo secret.  it seems i’m not the only one who has been paying attention to condiment details of late:  orangette, a food blog i enjoy heartily talks about her preference for homemade mayonnaise but her wooing of a store-bought-but-doctored up basil alioli.  yum!
